Why we exist

A clean home isn't a luxury. It's a nervous system.

When the counters are clear and the light comes through clean glass, something in the body lets go. That exhale is the whole product. Everything else — the checklists, the products, the colour-coded cloths — is just how we get you there.

We stayed small on purpose. One city, six neighbourhoods, crews we know by name. No rotating strangers, no app that forgets your dog's name or which cabinet you asked us to leave alone.

The Halcyon Method

Four passes. No shortcuts, no theatre.

Most services clean top-down and call it a day. We work in four deliberate passes so nothing gets wiped back onto something already clean.

Survey & sort

We walk the home with you — or with your notes. Every surface gets read for material before a single cloth comes out. Delicate first, heavy last.

Dry down, top to ceiling

Dust, cobwebs and vents first — all of it falling to the floor by design. High ledges, fan blades, picture rails, the tops of doors others forget exist.

Wet, in the right order

Colour-coded cloths, one per zone. Kitchen before bath, glass before floors, and never the same rag twice on two rooms. This is the part that takes discipline.

Walk, light, leave

The final pass happens with the lights on and our shoes off. If a single detail catches the eye, we do it again — then we let the home be quiet.

Every visit covers all floors, surfaces, kitchen and bathrooms, with the four-pass Halcyon Method. Your plan then adds the extras — windows, linens, appliance fronts, laundry — so you always know exactly what's included before we arrive.

No. Most clients aren't. We use a lockbox or smart-lock code you control, and you get a short note when we're done. If you'd rather be there, that's lovely too — we'll work around your morning.

Eco-certified, refillable, and safe around children and pets. No ammonia, no chlorine bleach, no synthetic fragrance. If you have a favourite product or a sensitivity, we'll use yours — just leave it out for us.

Fully insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked before a first shift and re-checked annually. We also bond against accidental damage — if something breaks, we make it right, no argument.

Any week, no fee. Move or skip a visit up to 24 hours ahead through your booking link, or just reply to a confirmation. Plans are flexible by design — life is not a calendar.
